Cold Drawing Unit
With its 492 ft/min (150m/min) drawing speed, our 20/26 ton chain-track is the
fastest cold drawing unit of its size.
The total pulling force of the drawing unit is 20/26 tons.
This cold drawing unit is capable of pulling round bars from 0.625 to 1.687
in. (16 to 43mm) and hexagon bars from 0.625 to 1.500 in. (16 to 38mm) across
flat.

Hydraulic Flying Impact Sheer
The hydraulic flying impact sheer installed on our 20/26 ton cold drawing
line is unique because it is capable of cutting 1.687 in. (43mm) cold drawn
steel bars at speeds of 492 ft/min (150m/min).
Furthermore, its cutting tolerance on the set length is +/- 0.0394 in (1mm)
at any speed; not achievable with a conventional machine.
